About the Position

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator for a technical project aimed at addressing identified deficiencies in installation work and ensuring that future installations meet both internal quality requirements and manufacturer guidelines.

The role has a clear focus on documentation, follow-up, and coordination – both internally and externally – as well as structuring and making previous project materials accessible for project management needs.

The assignment starts immediately and is expected to last until June 2027.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a project coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the project's documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and traceable throughout the project duration.

Some of the tasks involved in this role include:

• Ensuring and maintaining internal and external project documentation
• Receiving, structuring, and following up incoming documentation
• Contract follow-up – documenting changes and additions during the project period
• Participating in construction meetings and internal meetings, documenting decisions and actions
• Reporting and risk management related to documentation
• Retrieving previous documentation from completed projects as needed

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in the role of project coordinator or similar function
• Has worked on technical projects, preferably within energy, installation, or local networks
• Has a very good habit of documentation, structure, and follow-up
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and comfortable in dialogue with multiple stakeholders
• Has experience working on projects with high quality and traceability requirements
